Corn Tortilla Chips

We make our Dos Loquitas corn tortilla chips by cutting our freshly baked corn tortillas into triangles, and then frying them in coconut oil.  We then salt them lightly. They have a nutty corn favor.

Our corn tortilla chips are delicious eaten with guacamole (see recipe tab) or used to make nachos (see recipe tab). Don’t hesitate to eat them plain, right out of the bag.  Or crush them in your hand and sprinkle them over a salad, or into soups.

Any way you eat our chips, they are marvelous; their corn flavor is intense.
