what we made

Tortillas are a Mexican flatbread made of corn. The ingredients are very nutritious and completely preservative-free, including 100% grade A dried corn kernels, vegetable oil and salt. After being washed, boiled, and ground, the corn dough is then rolled into circles and baked into tortillas.  Tortilla chips are made by hand cutting the tortillas into triangles and frying them at high temperatures, then adding salt.

Tortillas and tortilla chips are not to be missed and are especially delicious when eaten with a mixture of avocado mixed with onions, cilantro and salsa.
