A taquitos is a corn tortilla that has been filled with cooked chicken, beef or pork. The tortilla is then rolled up, and a toothpick inserted to insure it doesn’t unravel. Place the rolled-up tortillas in a pan with about a centimeter of hot oil. Fry the taquitos until golden brown and crispy. Serve wih guacamole and salsa.
