There are two kinds of tacos: soft tacos and hard tacos. To make a soft taco heat tortilla in a skillet or in the microwave just until it’s warm and pliable. Add beef or pork or chicken or tofu. Then add salad or cooked vegetables. You can also add beans, rice, or anything else that sounds good. Leave out the protein if you want. Then add your favorite salsa, and if you like, a sprinkling of shredded cheese. To make a hard taco, put any of these fillings in a Dos Loquitas hard taco shell. Delicious! Then enjoy.
